We use your email address to send the guide you requested and occasional DrAIFIT health-education updates. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not add you to any list without your deliberate submission of a form.

How to unsubscribe

Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You may also email us at Bertcale50@gmail.com and ask us to remove or delete your information, and we will do so.

Storage and security

Subscriber details are stored in our secured hosting platform with access limited to DrAIFIT. Reading articles on this website never requires giving us your email — any signup prompt can be closed and you can continue reading.
